- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Head of Administration in these offices needs to read my message. I would have called you - but I cannot get through the phones for hours. SUBSTANTIAL CHANGES are needed in this location to the operations. ONE phone line- up to 50 min on hold to get through the operator or make an appointment, You are lucky if you get a call back within 2 days. Prescription take 72 hours! Lack of accountability for direct secretaries to the doctor. Truly Great doctors like DR YEE and DR PINO should have a better staff at hand so the practice can be viewed as approachable to patients.
